How to get our maps:

1. Open the Marketplace and click the search icon.

2. Search for Pixell Studio.

3. Select the map you want to download.

4. Purchase it using Minecoins or directly in your local currency.

5. Download and enjoy!

As creators, we don’t have the ability to issue refunds. All refund requests must be handled either by the platform where the purchase was made or directly by Mojang Support.

To begin the process, contact the support service of the platform you bought the content from, or submit a ticket to Mojang Support. They will guide you through the proper steps to complete your request.

Marketplace maps cannot be applied to existing worlds. They only work when creating a new world from the map itself.

Add-Ons, however, can be applied to any world you have already created. To identify an Add-On, look for the “ADD-ON” label in the bottom-left corner of the key art. All Add-Ons include this label.

Once purchased, an Add-On can be applied to both new and existing worlds.
